Our BV our co-founder has developed a leadership curriculum specifically for behavior analysts to use in the field of behavior analysis that we refer to as Leadership in Behavior Analysis or LIBA (based on the book of the same name) for short. This curriculum walks staff through providing leadership in behavior analysis environments from concept to practice.

ABA business owners are often practitioners themselves that decide to venture out on their own after working in the field. And sometimes, ABA business owners are not practitioners at all and have no clinical background but come from business or corporations in the private equity space that are looking to invest in ABA companies.
